ACCOMMODATION BOOKING FOR
TRACE 2027 (24-29 May, 2027) AND IUFRO DIV 5 (30 May-3 June, 2027)

The Delegate Services have pre-booked a number of hotel rooms with special prices in Tartu for both events together.

Please note that the discounted prices below ONLY apply when booking via this website and will NOT apply when contacting the hotels directly. 
Hotels end their discounts 1-2 months before the event, please take this into account and book your accommodation as soon as possible. The booking end dates can be found in the hotel descriptions.

The booking will become valid after the payment has been received. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice.
Should an error occur during the booking process, please e-mail the Delegate Services at trace2027@publicon.ee OR iufrodiv5@publicon.ee.

Please also note that the confirmation letter also serves as a voucher for the hotel. The Delegate Services will forward the rooming lists to all hotels prior to the event; you will not need to bring the confirmation letter with you. Be ready to show your ID at the hotel's reception desk.

Art hotel Pallas has been renovated in May 2020. Renovated hotel has a new and modern interior in the hotel rooms and public areas.

SOHO Hotel

SOHO Hotel is a newly renovated hotel located on Rüütli Street in the centre of Tartu. Situated in Tartu’s Old Town, the hotel is a great choice if you want to stay in the middle of the city’s atmosphere and nightlife. Right outside the hotel is the popular Rüütli Street, where you’ll find plenty of places to enjoy dinner or sit down with colleagues for a relaxed evening conversation.
 

As a new addition, SOHO Hotel now also features a boutique spa. The boutique spa offers variety with two saunas — one gentle, the other with a more intense heat. Rohe Hostel is the closest accommodation option to the venue.

They offer 2 types of rooms:
1. Studio room – own kitchen, restroom and shower. Price: 48,75 € / per night for two people
2. Room with shared kitchen, restroom and shower (shared between two rooms). Price: 35,75 € / per night for two people

All rooms are for two people and equipped with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. There are dishes and kitchen utensils for cooking, as well as towels.
